Notice: These Terms of Service are currently in production. They will be finalized before the official NETD4TE app launch. By using this website or pre-registering, you agree to these terms as they may be updated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NETD4TE website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and NETD4TE Inc. ("NETD4TE," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NETD4TE. By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal right to enter into these Terms
You are not banned by law from using dating services
You have not been convicted of a sexual or violent crime
You are not registered as a sex offender

We can verify your age and identity at any time. We can close accounts that break these rules.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

Give accurate and current information
Keep your account info up to date
Keep your password safe and private
Be responsible for all activity on your account
Tell us right away if someone accesses your account without permission

You may not create multiple accounts, use someone else's account, or share your login details.

4. User Conduct

NETD4TE is committed to keeping the platform safe and respectful. You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
Share sexual content without consent
Pretend to be someone else
Use the platform for ads, spam, or sales
Create fake profiles or lie about who you are
Try to break our safety or verification systems
Scrape, crawl, or steal data from the platform
Upload viruses or harmful code
Break any laws

5. Content and Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You own the content you post on NETD4TE. By posting content, you give us permission to use, show, and share it to run and promote the platform.

5.2 Our Content

All NETD4TE branding, logos, software, designs, and materials belong to NETD4TE Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks or materials without written permission.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI Digital Wingman may suggest messages or icebreakers. This content is for your convenience only. It is not professional advice. You are fully responsible for what you send to other users.

6. Safety

While we use photo verification, AI moderation, and user reporting, we cannot control how all users behave. You agree to:

Be careful when meeting people in person
Meet in public places and tell friends where you are going
Report suspicious or harmful behavior right away
Never share financial information or send money to other users

NETD4TE is not responsible for interactions or meetings that happen outside the platform.

7. Termination

We can suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breaking these Terms. When your account is closed:

Your right to use the Services ends immediately
We may delete your account and data
Some rules in these Terms will still apply

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings or by emailing support@netd4te.com.

8. Disclaimers

NETD4TE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

That you will find a match or partner
That the platform will always work perfectly
That all users are who they say they are (even with verification)
That all bugs or errors will be fixed

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of quality, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NETD4TE Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will first be tried through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of big changes by email or in the app. If you keep using the Services after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Pre-Registration

By joining our waitlist or pre-registering:

You agree to receive emails about NETD4TE's launch and updates
Pre-registration does not guarantee immediate access at launch
We may offer early access in phases and at our discretion
Your email will be stored securely and never sold to third parties
