Notice: These Terms of Service apply strictly to our current pre-registration phase. They will be updated with more details before the official NETD4TE app launch. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NETD4TE website and waitlist registration services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and NETD4TE ("NETD4TE," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NETD4TE. By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal right to enter into these Terms
You are not banned by law from using dating services
You have not been convicted of a sexual or violent crime
You are not registered as a sex offender

We can verify your age and identity at any time. We can close accounts that break these rules.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

Give accurate and current information
Keep your account info up to date
Keep your password safe and private
Be responsible for all activity on your account
Tell us right away if someone accesses your account without permission

You may not create multiple accounts, use someone else's account, or share your login details.

4. User Conduct

NETD4TE is committed to keeping the platform safe and respectful. You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
Share sexual content without consent
Pretend to be someone else
Use the platform for ads, spam, or sales
Create fake profiles or lie about who you are
Try to break our safety or verification systems
Scrape, crawl, or steal data from the platform
Upload viruses or harmful code
Break any laws

5. Content and Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You own the content you post on NETD4TE. By posting content, you give us permission to use, show, and share it to run and promote the platform.

5.2 Our Content

All NETD4TE branding, logos, software, designs, and materials belong to NETD4TE and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks or materials without written permission.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI Digital Wingman may suggest messages or icebreakers. This content is for your convenience only. It is not professional advice. You are fully responsible for what you send to other users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the NETD4TE waitlist. By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal right to enter into these Terms.
You will provide accurate and truthful information.

3. Waitlist Registration

When you join our waitlist, you agree to:

Give accurate and current information.
Not create multiple false entries or use automated scripts to sign up.

4. User Conduct

NETD4TE is committed to keeping the platform safe. You agree not to:

Try to break our security, validation, or database systems.
Scrape, crawl, or steal data from the website.
Upload viruses or harmful code.
Use the platform for any illegal activities.

We can remove you from the waitlist at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect fraud or for any reason including breaking these Terms. You can request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@netd4te.com.

7. Disclaimers

NETD4TE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

That the pre-registration website will always work perfectly without interruption.
That all bugs or errors will be fixed.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of quality, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NETD4TE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NETD4TE and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will first be tried through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, and each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and NETD4TE regarding the waitlist, and replace any earlier agreements.

12. Assignment & Force Majeure

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of big changes by email. If you keep using the website after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Pre-Registration

By checking the required consent boxes and joining our waitlist or pre-registering:

You give explicit, affirmative consent to receive emails about NETD4TE's launch and early access benefits.
Pre-registration does not guarantee immediate access at launch
We may offer early access in phases and at our discretion
Your email will be stored securely on our servers in India and never sold to third parties
